Privacy Policy

Quran Tracker (مُتتبع القرآن) (“the app”) is published by Radiantable. We designed the app to keep your data on your device.
What we collect and why
- Reading progress and app data — your reading progress, follow-up (متابعة) records, streaks, statistics, and settings are currently stored locally on your device only. We do not upload, see, or share them. If we introduce optional features such as cloud backup, syncing your records with our servers, or cross-device statistics in the future — so you can restore your progress if you change or lose your device — they will be opt-in, this policy will be updated first, and you will be notified in the app.
- Microphone / voice — if you use the recitation feature, the app uses your device’s speech-recognition service to transcribe your recitation. Audio is processed for transcription only and is not stored by us or shared with third parties. Your device’s speech service (e.g. Google) may process the audio according to its own policy. If we later introduce our own AI-powered recitation analysis (Tasmeaa) for more accurate feedback, audio may be processed on our servers or by our AI service providers — any such processing will be opt-in, announced in the app, and this policy will be updated before the feature launches.
- Push notifications — if you enable reminders, Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) generates a device token used solely to deliver notifications. See Google’s privacy policy for Firebase.
- Audio streaming — recitation audio is streamed from public Quran audio services; standard connection data (such as IP address) is visible to those services as with any download.
What we don’t do
We do not show ads, do not sell your data, and do not require an account. The app currently contains no analytics trackers; if we add anonymous usage analytics in a future update to improve the app, this policy will be updated first.
Data deletion
All app data lives on your device. Uninstalling the app, or using your system settings to clear the app’s storage, deletes it completely.
Children
The app is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We will update this page and the “Last updated” date if our practices change.
